Mode Of Action: Organic manure increases the water holding capacity in soil and supplies the essential nutrients needed by growing plants. In acid soils, it helps in solubilising phosphorus that are fixed in soil. Organic acids are released from decomposing organic matter that helps to reduce alkalinity in soils.
